We offer a bespoke service, based on our clients' specific requirements, and therefore each conversation, whilst based on a standard type, is unique. We offer an end-to-end solution, however some clients are happy to arrange their own architectural plans or manage their own regulations and we are flexible to their requests.
We understand that a large building project or loft conversion is a large financial commitment, a decision that needs to bo considered carefully, we therefore offer our clients both a free quotation and also a detailed assessment.
We will, on initial meeting, talk through specific requirements and offer our expert opinion on how best to acheive objectives. We have a transparent billing schedule and a no surprises policy which means that our clients are aware of all costs, even additional requests, up front.
